- "Weight Loss Track" will keep you taking the sane non-diet baby steps toward ending emotional eating and living in your right sized body.
- "Feel it 2 Heal it Track" will help you get "emotionally unconstipated" through gentle embodied trauma release to get unstuck. This process lets you to feel more without activating the numbed-out fear response.
- "Thriving Tracks" will help you reclaim your Power, Pleasure, and Play by building your "inner ecology" toward deeper worthiness and deserving-ness, while healing old wounds (like: "i'm not enough, or I don't deserve"). This process rebalances the nervous system toward health and thriving.
