Hey Love! I'm Audra.

I'm a triple Certified Trauma Informed Master Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Breathworker (with degrees/credentials in fitness + nutrition), and I specialize in Eating Psychology, ending emotional eating, and coming into a right-sized body (phew!). 

My superpower is TO MAKE TAKING CONSISTENT ACTION THE NORM so that we release physical heaviness right along side with the mental & emotional heaviness that keeps us stuck.
