Hey Love! I'm Audra.

I'm a triple Certified Trauma Informed Master Coach, Nutrition Educator, and Breathworker (with degrees/credentials in kinesiology + nutrition). 

I specialize in Eating Psychology, ending emotional eating, and coming into a "happy weight" (phew!). 

My superpower is TO MAKE TAKING CONSISTENT ACTION THE NORM so that we release physical heaviness right along side with the mental & emotional heaviness that keeps us stuck.  
 
I've helped hundreds of courageous women show up for themselves, heal their trauma and self-sabotaging patterns so they easily stop emotional eating, slim down for the last time, and experience freedom with food and peace with their body!
